BIO: Mr. Anthony J. Guzzi, also known as Tony, has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of EMCOR Group Inc., since October 25, 2004 and January 3, 2011 respectively. Mr. Guzzi served as the Chief Operating Officer at EMCOR Group Inc., from October 25, 2004 to January 3, 2011. He served as the President of Carrier Distribution & Service of United Technologies Corp. Since August 2001, until he joined EMCOR Group Inc., he served as the President of the North American Distribution and Aftermarket Division of Carrier Corporation from 1997 to 2004. From January 2001 to August 2001, Mr. Guzzi served as President of Carrier's Commercial Systems and Services Division and from June 1998 to December 2000, he served as a Vice President and General Manager of Carrier's Commercial Sales and Services Division. He serves as the Lead Director of Hubbell Inc. and has been its Independent Director since December 2006. He has been a Director of EMCOR Group Inc., since December 15, 2009. Mr. Guzzi holds a BS in Civil Engineering and Economics from the United States Military Academy (West Point) in 1986 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1993.
