BIO: Cristel possède la double nationalité franco-américaine. Elle est titulaire d'un Bachelor en économie, d'un Master « International Policy Studies » de l'Université de Stanford où elle a été diplômée Phi Beta Kappa et d'un doctorat en économie de la London School of Economics (LSE) où elle a obtenu le prix de la meilleure thèse dans son domaine. Cristel de Rouvray est Directrice générale d'ESI Group depuis le 1er février 2019 et administratrice depuis le 8 juillet 1999. Après avoir rejoint le Conseil d'administration, Cristel est devenue Présidente du Comité des rémunérations, des nominations et de la gouvernance en 2007. Ce poste lui a permis d’acquérir une connaissance approfondie des équipes et de la culture d'ESI. À partir de 2015, Cristel est devenue Board Leader pour assurer l'alignement entre le Conseil d'administration et l'équipe de direction du groupe. Son expérience a permis de faire le pont entre le monde de la gouvernance, de la stratégie et celui des opérations, et elle a joué un rôle clé dans l'élaboration et le soutien des décisions de développement et de gestion des talents d'ESI. Elle a contribué à positionner ESI sur son marché, en pleine croissance, de la simulation et à connecter ses leaders à un écosystème plus large et innovant. Ses contributions décisives comprennent notamment le recrutement de membres indépendants du Conseil d'administration, la création des liens entre le Conseil d'administration et l'équipe de direction d'ESI, et la conduite d'un plan de succession pluriannuel. En plus de son implication au sein d'ESI Group, Cristel a 14 ans d'expérience en tant que Directrice au sein de College Track, une organisation à but non lucratif américaine fondée par Laurene Powell Jobs. Celle-ci est reconnue pour l’excellence dont elle fait preuve en aidant les jeunes des quartiers défavorisés dans l’obtention de leur diplôme universitaire (plus de 3000 à ce jour). Elle a travaillé en étroite collaboration avec la Direction générale et le conseil d'administration de College Track sur la stratégie et son exécution, agissant comme un catalyseur lui permettant de décupler sa croissance sur la dernière décennie.

BIO: Mr. James E. Heppelmann, also known as Jim, has been the Chief Executive Officer of PTC Inc. since October 1, 2010 and has been its President since March 4, 2009. Mr. Heppelmann served as the Chief Operating Officer of PTC Inc. from March 4, 2009 to September 2010, its Chief Product Officer since February 2003 until February 2009, its Executive Vice President of Software solutions from June 2001 to January 2003 and its Chief Technology Officer since June 2001 until January 2003. He was responsible for PTC's overall product direction, including coordination of PTC product vision and strategy, product design and development and product marketing and management. Mr. Heppelmann has been involved in the information technology industry since 1985 and has extensive experience developing and deploying large-scale information systems within the manufacturing marketplace. Mr. Heppelmann Co-founded Windchill Technology, Inc. and served as its Vice President of Marketing and Chief Technology Officer from October 1996 to January 1998. He served as an Executive Vice President and General Manager of Windchill Solutions from November 2000 to June 2001. He served as an Executive Vice President and General Manager of Windchill Netmarkets from July 2000 to November 2000 and Senior Vice President of Windchill from January 1998 to July 2000. Mr. Heppelmann served as the Chief Technical Officer of Metaphase, Inc. from 1992 to 1997. He served with Control Data Corporation (now known as Syntegra) for seven years since 1985 until it formed as Metaphase in 1992. He has been a Director of PTC Inc. since 2008. Mr. Heppelmann has been a Director of Sensata Technologies Holding NV since August 1, 2014. He serves as a Director of Syncline. He serves as a Member of National FIRST Executive Advisory board of Parametric Technology Corp. He is on the Dean's Advisory Board of the University of Minnesota College of Science and Engineering. He published and quoted in numerous business and trade publications, including The Boston Globe, The Wall Street Journal, VARBusiness Magazine and MSI Magazine. Mr. Heppelmann speaks regularly at product development and manufacturing industry events on topics such as PLM, digital value chain integration and gaining competitive advantage through product development process improvement and global product development. Mr. Heppelmann attended University of Minnesota, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis on Computer-aided design.
