Mr. Lane serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Ruffner Realty Company, McJunkin-West Africa Corp., McJunkin-Puerto Rico Corp., McJunkin Red Man Development Corp., McJunkin Nigeria Limited, Greenbrier Petroleum Corp., and Milton Oil & Gas Co. He served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Halliburton Company from December 2, 2004 to December 31, 2007.
