BIO: John B. Gibson, Jr. assumed the role of president and chief executive officer in October 2022. As SVP of service, Gibson led the service organization to record customer satisfaction and retention, enhanced the Paychex service experience with 24/7/365 options, added a full spectrum of digital support capabilities, and expanded the relationship management and advisory support for Paychex customers. He was also instrumental in the company’s international expansion and in growing Paychex’s digital payroll and PEO businesses. Prior to Paychex, Gibson served in senior executive positions at HR outsourcing and technology companies, including Ameritech (now AT&T) and Convergys, where he served as president of the HR management division providing comprehensive global HR solutions to clients in 68 countries. A regular guest on CNBC’s Squawk Box and Mad Money to discuss labor market insights and Paychex financial performance, Gibson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University. He also earned certifications at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and the international business program of INSEAD, a global graduate business school. Active in the community, Gibson has served on the community investment board for the United Way of Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes and the board of directors of Hillside Family of Agencies.

BIO: Since 2008, Burton M. Goldfield has served as President and CEO of TriNet. With more than 25 years of experience in sales, operational, and technology leadership roles, he is known for driving product innovation and business growth. Burton has transformed the company into a leading cloud-based HR provider and Professional Employer Organization. TriNet’s net revenue has more than quadrupled during his tenure. To expand TriNet’s market reach and strengthen the company’s ability to serve more clients than ever before, Burton led the company to acquire Gevity, AccordHR, SOI, ExpenseCloud and Ambrose. One of the outcomes of TriNet’s growth was an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in March 2014 followed by a secondary offering in September 2014. TriNet is traded on the NYSE under the ticker symbol TNET. Prior to TriNet, Burton was CEO at Ketera Technologies, a Santa Clara-based SaaS provider to FORTUNE 2000 companies. Before that, Burton served as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations at Hyperion Solutions Corporation and Vice President of Worldwide Sales for IBM Corporation’s Rational Software division. Burton earned a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. from Villanova University. The San Francisco Business Times has named him a Most Admired CEO.
