Since becoming CEO, Kirsten has led a transformational investment in frontline resort talent as well as new guest innovations such as Mobile Pass and My Epic Gear. Under her leadership, the company was named one of Newsweek’s Most Trustworthy Companies in America in 2023. Before joining Vail Resorts, Kirsten held leadership roles at some of America’s most trusted companies including PepsiCo, Kraft Foods and the Ford Motor Company. Kirsten has been featured in Bloomberg, Fortune, and Ad Age, and in 2019, was recognized by Forbes as one of the top 50 Game-Changing Marketing Leaders on their CMO Next List.
