The company was great until we decided to outsource some of our positions. Now there are long hold times, and the quality of support has went way down. Teams are so understaffed that we are having to work like were 10 people to keep up.

My current leadership team is great. It is the leadership team above them that has turned a blind eye to the issues we are having. Their way of fixing it is to outsource the jobs of the people that use to make this company great to work for.

Our level of support has drastically went down since we started outsourcing job. There is constant feedback from clients, and employees of the company about the poor level of support clients are now receiving. We need to hire more US based employees and build back the greatness we once had.

The compensation for what I do, and my teams is way below what we should be compensated for. We are the glue that is holding the tech support department together. Cigna insurance package is a joke, and pays for almost nothing. I have to fight with them all the time to get things approved.

Part of my team is great to work with. We work together to tackle any problem that we face. The other part of my team that was outsourced is constantly taking 5 times longer to fix an issue then any agent that was let go due to the outsourcing. ABC has dropped the ball on this.
