Competitive salary better work life balance

I feel undervalued because my department doesn't have a tier system. I feel as though there is nothing to boast my compensation within, other than moving to another department. As one of the most senior employees on my team I am asked questions of, and provide training to new hires.

CEO is forcing people to work multiple roles instead of hiring more people. Tech support is a key interaction with clients. Deserve more. Health insurance is trash and expensive- no coverage for transgender health.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Your mental health and well-being are taken into consideration, doesn't matter how heavy the workload. Mental health and overall health are placed first.

Sometimes companies forget the laws of attraction in which positive attracts positive and negative attracts negative. The culture and environment is positive here at ABC. The reason that it is positive is because the leadership embraces and strives each day to create a positive atmosphere.
