
The interviewer was positive and encouraging. They listened closely to my answers, and helped me when I couldn't find the right words to get my point across.
They asked really good questions
It felt like more of a conversation with the manager, instead of job interview where I am trying to "convince" the other person why they should hire me.
Very simple. I am skewed because I was an internal hire, but both the interview for my original position as well as my promotion were very simple. Both of them were an introductory screening from a recruiter, then streamlined to the hiring manager which gave a single main interview. It was great!

When I was initially hired, there was a video interview and then a group interview. The group interview was foreshadowing to the environment and culture to expect at ABC, it was interesting to be in a group setting and listen to others while still being able to share my own answers.
