What are some of the best things about your team?
We support each other in all of our assigned duties. We work well together and are able to problem solve quickly.
My team specifically is the BEST team in ABC. I say this because everyone loves coming to work and we all interact like a family. Meaning, everyone cares about one another and is each others support.
The majority of the company is work from home and supports a best life (work life) balance.

I love how helpful and kind everyone is. From the beginning they've always made me feel like I've belonged.

Be able to work collaboratively. Working as a team can increase productivity and develop healthy relationships between employees.
The remote work environment makes work with other departments very difficult. Team building activities can help close the gap

My team is awesome and I love working with them. Other departments, very much the opposite - they position themselves in an "us vs them" mindset, with Tech Support being the "enemy" and fight us rather than cooperating and coordinating.
no one communicates w/ each other
Coworkers need to quit expecting something when it doesn't involve us. Hourly employees receiving a benefit, team expects something as well. Too busy being negative or complaining about the issues rather than powering through it or coming up with a better way to operate.

The "coworkers" I most interact with are the outsourced Sitel agents. They are awful and do not know their jobs. They make so many errors and are never encouraged to do better. If ABC would get rid of Sitel and bring back the US based employees who actually knew the job, that would be best.
