Gain actual leadership (especially innovative leadership). It's more than a slogan or acquisitions. Arm is missing a leader.

Inspiring leadership, overall strategy for the company would be a good start. Right now the entire company is a spastic chicken missing a head.

Lack of overall strategy at all levels, no leadership, and no goals. We need leadership that can get the company to move in a coherent understandable strategy. We don't have it, and therefore, Arm will go away in a few years.
