Objectives are clear and individual teams contributions are appreciated my leadership teams on the regular. The leadership team do very well to incorporate the 'we, not I" culture into the teams.

They are pragmatic, visionary, genuinely care about the long term health of the company, including us. I haven't seen any personal axes to grind. It all seems to be about what's best for the company and the people in it.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance coverage levels (co-pays, etc.) are unparalleled.

Their are packages based around the employees well being which are revised yearly, this really makes you feel that they are looking after you as best they can.

I get $8500 annually for "wellness". This ranges from taking care of elderly parents, paying for my daughter's piano lessons, to getting massages. We also have a 4 week sabbatical every 4 years. Vacation is generous and the thing is...everyone actually takes it.

This is by far the most genuinely collaborative company I've ever worked for. People are genuinely helpful. If there is disagreement, it's never personal and it is usefully framed in pragmatic suggestions for improvement. I can actually do my work vs. watching my back and worrying about politics

Everyone is friendly even people from other Departments whom you dont know, are always positive and willing to help
