I have a dual reporting role and have two teams that I support every day. Both teams are led by smart and intelligent managers and my colleagues are smart, hardworking and fun people to work with every day. Everyone is very busy but will always find time for you.
We are very cooperative with each other.

We have a range of ideas amongst our team; we don't always agree on things, and that's a good thing. My team also encourages learning, there are no dumb questions and people are always open to sharing their knowledge and bouncing ideas off of one another.

I think people care a lot about making friends at the company and this makes it great to work with the team. Overall, I think the team hired above average individuals. When it is crunch time, people do what it takes to get things done, and when it is not, they take the time to relax and help others.

This is by far the most genuinely collaborative company I've ever worked for. People are genuinely helpful. If there is disagreement, it's never personal and it is usefully framed in pragmatic suggestions for improvement. I can actually do my work vs. watching my back and worrying about politics

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a talent gap in the HR organization at Arm. While other companies raise the bar on the level of talent they bring in; Arm lowers it, which can be demotivating
