good vacation days and company holidays, various bonuses. sabbatical is unique
Review from Engineering Dept
Very generous company. Base pay is average while the benefits and incentive programs are great. If you are a performer, you will get compensated.

More than expected from my previous company and is fairly across all employees regardless of job position or number of years in company which makes a new comer welcomed

Allocation of the Flex pot
Review from IT Dept
There is an added benefit called FlexPot to our compensation package. It is an extra pot of money that can be used towards things linked to your well-being (including financial). I used it to pay off my student loans without even touching my normal salary, which was a great relief.
Review from Engineering Dept
Their are packages based around the employees well being which are revised yearly, this really makes you feel that they are looking after you as best they can.
Review from IT Dept
There are several bonuses paid out throughout the year.
Partnership awards that reward your contributions
I feel undervalued because my local management does not follow the Arm culture. People are compensated and promoted based on their clique and not their performance/contribution. The fact that Arm is privately held does not allow it to provide stock based compensation.

Inspiring leadership, overall strategy for the company would be a good start. Right now the entire company is a spastic chicken missing a head.
