In my work environment, I am given alot of automony to do my work but very comfortable to ask for help if I need it. There is a lot of teamwork and collaboration at all levels. Our CEO is extremely transparent, both personally and professionally and a wonderful leader. I trust him.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Reduce micro management and make managers work and not just watch jira and attend meetings

Gain actual leadership (especially innovative leadership). It's more than a slogan or acquisitions. Arm is missing a leader.
