Company uses a silly "labor guide" which doesn't allow us to bring any new employees in. When we do get them in, us managers are asked why are we using so much labor. When you don't have a trained staff, how are you supposed to serve the guest properly?Right now nobody wants to work for this company

The team I have now works hard, but they are stuck in old ways, haven't been trained. Then when you get new employees in you have no one to train them right.

There is no leadership. The district manager doesn't see it important to visit stores, say hi to the employees, see how the business is actually running. Only sees the numbers and sends threatening emails for "poor performance".

The company makes it clear it's only focus is saving on labor, and making products cheaper. If you aren't able to do the job of 3 people, Bob Evans won't offer you steady employment. I've worked at 5 different locations now and it's all the same. The upper management just doesn't care.

The company needs to drop the labor guide they put in place after covid. You are making the customer experience suffer, and blaming the lower management for not being able to do 4 different jobs. I've seen lots of employees and managers go, it's sad. I used to love working for this company.
