Everyone is more like family

Most of the workers try there best to do there jobs other then her babys

Everyone works together and keeps a positive attitude
Some of the best things about my team of coworkers are their willingness to learn from their mistakes and take direction from more experienced employees, the friendliness shown by members of the front of the house staff, and the Ability to work through difficult situations to accomplish givien task.
The employees are awesome for the most part good team players management hates on shift leads and treats them like they are disposable
That we all have worked together for over 20 years so we are all like family and that is the only reason we all have not quite yet but if things don't change we won't be there much longer.

There servers ,cooks, host both front and back of the house we are all caring and try to work together to make others jobs easier
we can always work together even if we have issues with each other we can put them aside and put work first

They need to be trained properly
no one works together or even trys, its all little groups and solos just trying to do the best they can its ridiculous

They should all quit their job.
Leadership, a crew not just 1 or maybe 2 employees running all of back of house
Communication, when they are frustrated and need a minute, as well as letting closers know what else is needed
Show up and do their jobs
Working as a team but too much racial tension gossiping finger pointing some folks don't care about the job just go through the motions
By not being discriminitive and treat everyone equally and with respect.
Working together in general. I feel we are divided
There's no team work and if your not in there click or related your nothing.
Wanting to work and coming in on time being in proper uniform and under stand the meaning of team work
Everytime they have an issue they threaten to quit so we give them more money.
The managers need to actually do their job instead of making the minors and other workers do it for them. They need to improve on not being pervy towards underaged girls.

I believe we need to have a meeting and all talk about our concerns. Although Gm said no more meeting that the company doesnt allow them. With that being said im not sure how go have all co workers in the same page.
