What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way some of us don't mind helping others when their overwhelmed
nothing was positive about this place
My manager she the only other one that works and cares if she is ever to quiet or get transferred I will quit and all my regulars said they will follow

everyone is friendly, and greets you with a positive attitude.
Pay day is the only thing I like that's even depressing.
The customers make it worth comeing back in . And some of the co workers are neat and kind and awesome to work with .

The customers honestly, without my regulars i wouldve already put in my two week noticed. Other than that there isnt much positivity around, especially with coworkers constantly agruing/bickering.

The company needs to drop the labor guide they put in place after covid. You are making the customer experience suffer, and blaming the lower management for not being able to do 4 different jobs. I've seen lots of employees and managers go, it's sad. I used to love working for this company.
Fix Management, they are unprofessional and lie to get what they want. Shift leads are like a rotating door.
The employees are homophobic, and rude this was never addressed even after countless times telling the DO.
