What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership is quite different and explosive at times, i am very easy going and diffuse situations on a daily basis to keep employees from walking out.

There is no leadership. The district manager doesn't see it important to visit stores, say hi to the employees, see how the business is actually running. Only sees the numbers and sends threatening emails for "poor performance".

I really enjoyed working for the GM, however, the DO and HR personnel are awful.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They would have to restart. they have no clue how to run a place

Not threating and yelling at the emplyoees Show them the correct way dont just assume one knows how to do something . Dont pick and choose who gets in trouble for same issues .

They need to stop treating people unfairly. And it has no structure in this store. We've never had structure.
