restructure your game plan. its a mess and isn't working
Well, a down home American restaurant ought to be headed up by a red blooded American, not some Indian rat worshipper.
For managers not to tell other employees stuff that they shouldnt know and treat people equal not come down hard on select few and let others do whatever they want
Guests have complained about pricing, portions being too small, and speed of meal delivery to the guest.
Better upgrades to the restaurant itself, more add-ons to the menu, the restaurant is full of outdated equipment and needs to be improved before somebody gets electrocuted
Management needs to be reprogrammed
There is alot going on in the store. We have finally gotten a couple more people in the door which has helped. But we have 2 cooks 1 daily cook who rarely gets a night off or even a full day off. Gm is constantly leaving to get more products since she didnt order enough. We need more hands instore.

Management is not helping cover shifts, making night servers work alone. Our location is very busy and we need more staff. Our Gm tends to leave the store often because she did not order enough product. Im not sure how this can be improved.
People doing 3 or 4 different jobs. We dont have enough help.
Care about your gm and know they need help
D.O's should not talk negative about a manager to other managers. It causes drama and rumors. It makes me unhappy.

The manager on multiple occasions, to not only myself but to many other women who work there, have been innappropriatly touching / saying stuff that insinuate sexual themes.
They need better management and instead of worrying about labor so much should be more focused on the customers and appearance of the store
Hostile work environment toward older employees

Stop over working your employees with nothing to show for it . Mangers need to be mangers and not just another body . Favoritism needs to stop and for God sake someone care and take pride in there jobs .
