The leadership is quite different and explosive at times, i am very easy going and diffuse situations on a daily basis to keep employees from walking out.
My Assistant Manager helps me feel valued
Easy to work with at times
Commitment and passion they have.
Understanding dedication and out going
They would have to restart. they have no clue how to run a place
communication, working with staff, learning how their stores are running
The way how the cooks talk to the waitresses is very unprofessional
Mutual respect for employees efforts
Hiring managers that are good
Daily tips cash every day
Willing for to fit your budget
i make tips, so as long as i do my job, i make good money
The price of it .
I'm not really sure how I feel about it but
To be appreciated in the slightest instead of yelled at
During covid this company froze raises for 2 years and tried to make it up by sending gift cards they got a discount on. That should tell you all you need to know.
Very much so cause I'm the only one that cleans or solve problems I'm a server and every one comes to me then manger cause I know more and I do way more and I care
I was told I'd have a raise almost two months ago and have been lied to at least 4 or 5 times. The gm tells people the raise won't show up on their ADP but they got it which is a lie. My GM will refuse to help you if she's in a bad mood even if the restaurant is full and your the only cook
Staffed propelllllyreal bonuses for everyone
Their are a few that go above and beyond what's asked..
Everyone is more like family
Respect for one another equitably
My district manager make sure we are always #1
We all get along for the most part. We work well together.
They need to be trained properly
no one works together or even trys, its all little groups and solos just trying to do the best they can its ridiculous
more discipline. come to work to get the job done, no extra
Review from Sales Dept
They should all quit their job.
Leadership, a crew not just 1 or maybe 2 employees running all of back of house
The way some of us don't mind helping others when their overwhelmed
nothing was positive about this place
My manager she the only other one that works and cares if she is ever to quiet or get transferred I will quit and all my regulars said they will follow
Doing our best among the people who care and working to care for each other and our guest
I likecwhat I do .but short on equiment.been asking for a strainer for months .our pans we have for bacon leak. Oil
Review from Product Dept
They treat you like shit I have taped how they treat people
Everything needs to change here
Gm of the store and some of the management team
The company needs to drop the labor guide they put in place after covid. You are making the customer experience suffer, and blaming the lower management for not being able to do 4 different jobs. I've seen lots of employees and managers go, it's sad. I used to love working for this company.
Fix Management, they are unprofessional and lie to get what they want. Shift leads are like a rotating door.
Fast and to the point
When I was interviewed the former manager was patient with me, calm, collected and offered me a drink from the soda fountain. Considering it is my first job the first impressions blew me away positively. Especially after researching how job interviews normally went.
It was bery simple honestly, after they heard I had hosting experience they basically hired me on the spot.
It was easy which was nice.
I hate working for your company
HR reps that act like they work in the same company as you. The corporate structure is so bloated and run so poorly that they undermine the whole operation.
Stop being so bias and judge mental. I watch gm refuse to even interviw the person for no reason at all
Hire people that have a little restaurant experience.
They need to get to know the person they've selected to work there before hiring. They need way more than 1-3 days of training and they need extensive training
To be straight forward and not lye on progress
nothing they take advantage of us
Doing my best and other employees thanking me for for doing my best
When you have an adequate team and work goes smoothly.
My customers and some co workers
Seeing my regular customers during the day
restructure your game plan. its a mess and isn't working
Well, a down home American restaurant ought to be headed up by a red blooded American, not some Indian rat worshipper.
For managers not to tell other employees stuff that they shouldnt know and treat people equal not come down hard on select few and let others do whatever they want
Guests have complained about pricing, portions being too small, and speed of meal delivery to the guest.
Better upgrades to the restaurant itself, more add-ons to the menu, the restaurant is full of outdated equipment and needs to be improved before somebody gets electrocuted

More structure, more communication from management, scheduling fixing, and we need some respect as long time servers.
