The company is own by private equity. They only want to recoup their investment. They try to make the company look profitable by controlling the labor so tightly you can never have the staff to be sucessful. Mickey Mills is a joke and this is the only company that would have her.

HR reps that act like they work in the same company as you. The corporate structure is so bloated and run so poorly that they undermine the whole operation.

During covid this company froze raises for 2 years and tried to make it up by sending gift cards they got a discount on. That should tell you all you need to know.
