The people are some of the smartest, best, kindest people I've met. They're my favorite part, which is saying a lot because just about everything is awesome.

Overall pretty good. Plenty of room to improve as we grow up. We still move incredibly fast, but probably too fast sometimes. And we're still figuring out how to be both an early stage company and a mid-stage company.

The entire package together is very strong. I was one of the earlier employees, so my equity is high. Pay in the beginning was below market like most early companies, but they've brought everyone up to market. Benefits are really great. With 2 kids, medical is important, and we get great plans.

The founders are younger than me but they make up for it in drive, passion, smart, working harder than anyone at the company, and self awareness to know when they need to hire where they're weak. The best founders I've worked for. My manager (engineering) is also the best one I've had in years.
