The work you do at Branch is often the best work of your life, but sometimes it can feel that the compensation doesn't match the level of effort and time you put into the role and company.

My compensation isn't reevaluated on a regular basis, however I feel as though this is a simply a lack of process, and my manager is very open to this sort of discussion.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team at Branch is far and beyond the best team to work with. I've never met smarter and more talented people than at Branch. They constantly are pushing the boundaries to ultimately deliver a great product for our customers. On top of it, they are genuine, and always willing to help.

The humility and selflessness among such smart and driven people

Ownership and accountability. Things get done, and done well here, which pushes people to bring their A-game every day. People feel accountable to their peers, not just to their managers, and there's a real feeling that people at all levels are doing the best work of their career here.

Doing a sample presentation to gain better understanding of the company's diverse product line

It was extremely fast - first interview to offer was around 3 weeks, and the work I put into the interviews and presentation were useful after I was hired. I referred back to my own presentation many times in the first few months.
