Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that we are not paid enough for the amount of work we do. Also we have the minimum Annual Leave days. There is no clear guidance for promotion, and promotion is often to those who make a lot of noise, not necessarily those that do the job they have been employed to do.

The interview process was the best one I've ever had. It was organized, well-communicated, and very relevant for the role. They made me feel so welcomed from the very first step in the process.

I don't think my manager has good leadership skills, I also thing that feedback culture is great but some issues need to be resolved via 3rd party and there is no encouragement here to do it.
