It is fast pace, always learning working alongside really smart people. I am positive of the new leadership team who seem to be focused on what it is that we need to achieve. However, promotions are not always clear. I do love what I do and I like to company as a whole.

Always learning, helping my clients and interacting with my colleagues
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The new leadership team have clear focus and seem engaged with what we are trying to achieve.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that we are not paid enough for the amount of work we do. Also we have the minimum Annual Leave days. There is no clear guidance for promotion, and promotion is often to those who make a lot of noise, not necessarily those that do the job they have been employed to do.
