Overall I think Branch is a fantastic company but the specific place where I'm at is just not as great as the rest of it. I understand things might change including management, etc but personally I'm just not to happy with where I'm at and where things are going.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great people, smart, cooperative and wonderful people overall. Truly the main thing that keeps me with Branch as of now.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the vision and their understanding that things need to change. It seems like they want to work towards that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How everybody are always willing to help each other , positive work environment, questions are welcome and no question is stupid.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Probably the decision in regards to the role I got vs what I interviewed for and the salary attached to it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't think my manager has good leadership skills, I also thing that feedback culture is great but some issues need to be resolved via 3rd party and there is no encouragement here to do it.
