For a company that publicly and privately promotes employee satisfaction, they fall short. 2021 raises were minimal at best while CEO had a million dollar increase. There was no hazard pay for those taking care of residents with COVID. They are trying to force the COVID vaccine on all employees.

They don't seem to care about the associates or the residents. Corporate could start with applying a little common sense + even a minuscule amount of human decency and it would be an improvement.

Manager positions are about $20,000 lower and hourly positions are $3-6 below competition. Bonus are lower than competition or non-existent for some positions. No budget or any Christmas gifts from management. Managers pay out of pocket for community needs and staff appreciation.

In the individual community the culture is positive. The corporation makes it negative. Time and time again corporate proves that they have no idea what they are doing. Improve by treat associates better and with respect. Pay associates better. Treat everyone equally. Maybe Christmas compensation?

The individual community is great, the teams in the buildings and on the ground exceptional. Front line worker are awesome. Corporate is the problem, does not think out side the box, too top heavy, overpaid, has no idea what it is like to work in the real day to day business operations world.
