It started out good but after being there a few weeks. I realize that they are very unorganized. Not well put together. The district manager has no clue as to what he is doing and might i add that he dont like blacks. Never start on time.

The supervisor that did my interview seen potential in me and spoke up for me for a different position.

They need to get some type of stability going on. Starting with the manager. They need someone that knows what they are doind and respects their employees. Better training.

You have a district manager that has no sense of training or respect for an individual. Which makes it hard for an employee to work, when you are not properly trained and the manager is aware. YOU NEED BETTER DISTRICT MANAGER AND BETTER TRAINING.

I was told the starting pay is 14$ an hour but when i check my capstone is says on some days i was paid at ab hourly rate of 7$. I was never given the break down of how they really is. So i felt like i was being cheated out of my money.
