Over paid and under paid.

Fair pay for the amount of work that's required. Working crazy hours to barely bring any money home or to get shorted on paychecks that take weeks to get rectified.

Fighting to get bonuses, then next time you are supposed to get paid having to do it all over again, they advertise benefits after 60 days I have been with them over 90 and still can't get them!

Co-workers need to remain active and not sit around on there cell phones or talking to other employees for more than thirty minutes, while one person is consistantly working.

Leadership has no clue what's going on. Can go to 4 different leaders and get 4 different answers about the day. Leadership playing favorites and cherry picking who makes the best money.
