Started out very happy here, but after going on 3 months 2 weeks I hate coming to work, site manager has done nothing he says he will.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fighting to get bonuses, then next time you are supposed to get paid having to do it all over again, they advertise benefits after 60 days I have been with them over 90 and still can't get them!
