Everyone is very pleasant to work with and take time to explain any questions
Nothing at all. The only time she is positive is when her friends are not scheduled to work. But other than that she makes me very uncomfortable, she makes the work environment very hostile, and you can cut the tension with a knife. Not to mention the constant bullying we endure from her.

Caring for your associates, not micromanaging every little thing. Actually promoting from within the company. Seeing things from a real person's point of view instead of some robot-driven, day-walking vampire's side. "Corporate America" keeps the rich rich and the poor poor.

The people, trying to help each other because nobody can rely on management to effectively perform their duties.
They're a solid set of unloaders all with unique abilities and attributes. They are the only reason I come back in to work every week.

You have a district manager that has no sense of training or respect for an individual. Which makes it hard for an employee to work, when you are not properly trained and the manager is aware. YOU NEED BETTER DISTRICT MANAGER AND BETTER TRAINING.
