Capstone Logistics Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

Getting the offer, signing paperwork.

It was a positive experience

Review from Product Dept

I loved the Interview process everyone was so Warm and pleasant and I felt like I could make a career here at this job.

The interviewer, she was very nice

The attention I received from the manager

Nothing about it. Not one thing.

The supervisor that did my interview seen potential in me and spoke up for me for a different position.

There really wasn't anything to like or dislike. Typical hiring event.

That i can say the truth and hopefully someone sees these not like at my old capstone job where no one cared

The don't lie about the company ,they explained everything to you give you a voice

Review from Sales Dept

Gets me into the door faster to start work

Everybody was outspoken and down to earth and got to the point

The lies i was told

Review from Product Dept

How straight edge it is

They responded back quickly to any wuestions or problems

Got to speak with different people and hear different perspectives

Quickness to get you to work

The blatant falsehoods about pay, work rate, demands, and requirements. It gave me so much hope for the job.

I like the challenge part.

Very hand on approach. Asks challenging questions

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

State clearly what the position entails and compensation instead of the creative rhetoric they spew.

What would improve yhe interview process would to actually have an interview process

Make it one on one

Getting a full tour of the building just not a walk in stand at the door

Review from Sales Dept

Tell the full truth in the interview process and show potential employees what they are getting into.

Review from Operations Dept

I would increase my selection tools and implement the importance of what is expected, required, and what is not

Hire associates who arent lazy and are willing to work

Don't lie to your employees

Use a model out look

They lie to the applicants face and make them believe it's a great place to work. They need to be honest and tell them exactly how it is

Have the people actually doing the job available to help assess interviewees.

be straight honest with people

Review from Product Dept

More collective, skills highlighted and what you can offer

Review from Operations Dept

You need to be more honest about how much money you can make for the work you're being asked to do

Review from Product Dept

I would not leave the new recruits on saying that they can make a certain amount of money and they will never see that Wednesday are hired to your production line

Review from Product Dept

Background leniency and work performance review
