When they are overwhelmed and crazy
The people, trying to help each other because nobody can rely on management to effectively perform their duties.
They're a solid set of unloaders all with unique abilities and attributes. They are the only reason I come back in to work every week.
The team members work cohesively dispite the poor efforts from management
Hard working. Goal oriented, and we are a family
We work together like a family
I want to actually call it a team. Or family. To be honest with you I probably would enjoy working with my team more if I could communicate with them. I speak English and they all speak Spanish

We have some really strong unloaders setting the pace far higher than should be expected of them. They dont get the recognition or the position advancement they deserve

My coworkers were all good men and we tried to make light of a heavy situation we had to face day in and day out
The people that work for capstone are some very hard unappreciated working individuals.

They need to work more
Communication. It seems as of there is a look out for myself mentality
Coworkers are drowning because they’ve been left to the ocean by the boss
They're all good people , with good positivity to work
Communication and help from our management team
Quit hiring very lazy people
Some that got payed by hour didnt wana do nothing and the leads wouldn't even tell them anything only push the people that worked hard almost so unfair
Need to do a better work and the one that can't they need to take some measure to ensure the bring some at the table

One not stand around . another is sitting around one pallets or products. Comunat better and learn to work as a team more efficienly
They need to care about their job
Co-workers need to remain active and not sit around on there cell phones or talking to other employees for more than thirty minutes, while one person is consistantly working.
