What do you like best about the leadership team?

theres no a lot of leadership if im being honest

The the the the the the the

Everyone is very pleasant to work with and take time to explain any questions

Nothing at all. The only time she is positive is when her friends are not scheduled to work. But other than that she makes me very uncomfortable, she makes the work environment very hostile, and you can cut the tension with a knife. Not to mention the constant bullying we endure from her.

They try to help everyone in all departments no matter how busy another department is they speeaf out and assist everyone they can and are always open to questions ranging from simple personal questions to possible assistance questions

They actually care about us onsite . Our manager is the best we’ve h

Our team is amazing. From team leads to senior directors, I have never felt like they weren't there for me at any given time or circumstance.

The leadership team is great always willing to help.

Their okay but we work with dollar general workers and they can b kinda rude like they are over us...but hood start off job in warehouse....

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

New staff with more respect for there employees

Caring for your associates, not micromanaging every little thing. Actually promoting from within the company. Seeing things from a real person's point of view instead of some robot-driven, day-walking vampire's side. "Corporate America" keeps the rich rich and the poor poor.

Communication team building management efforts needs emprovement across the board

Need to communicate better .

Leading by example for one. Being honest with us. And not taking advantage of us

Maling sure managers are follwing rules as well and just being more respectful to people

They need to get some type of stability going on. Starting with the manager. They need someone that knows what they are doind and respects their employees. Better training.

Better at prioritizing and giving out assignments.

Training on leadership development. Not retaliating against people because they want to be releases.

Stop stilling wages from employees.

Leading. Pay more attention to his worker

writing people hours and the days they come dont get no one temp numbers to different people because if your money is involved u will not have messed it up
