Tell the full truth in the interview process and show potential employees what they are getting into.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Fair pay for the amount of work that's required. Working crazy hours to barely bring any money home or to get shorted on paychecks that take weeks to get rectified.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadership has no clue what's going on. Can go to 4 different leaders and get 4 different answers about the day. Leadership playing favorites and cherry picking who makes the best money.
