I have worked in many companies and with many bosses. My current one is hands down the best one I've had. The overall company leadership is good and I have confidence in the global leadership.

Recently, we were introduced to Life Insurance that is entirely paid by the employer. I have never experienced this benefit anywhere else and honestly, in my opinion, this is far more important than some others.

We have reatively diverse team with various experiences. Interaction in general means that we can iscuss ideas and have fun and productive talks. As for the meetings, in general, I'd say most meetings are not productive though some are well managed.

My job and my direct manager let me be creative, let me initiate tasks that I feel important and let me generally work at my own pace and space. All that is extremely important for me and being able to work like this makes me very happy.

Here, we are medium sized company and I find that to be one of the best models. I've been in 1000+ employees plants where I hardly knew people I worked with. I've been in small family businesses where it was too hectic to work. Medium size allows me to get to know people while maintaining good pace.

Actually, the difficulty was a positive thing. I was interviewd about a lot of very detailed apsects of the job and it was obvious that the manager knew what he was asking. Such an interview left me with a very positive feeling. When asked whether I want to join the team, the answer was easy - YES!
