Company is great, but there is still room for improvement. Specially in the area of policies and procedures, communication between certain departments and financial reporting.

They seem ethical and are not reactive.

I think I am paid fairly, but apart from a paycheck, I dont see any specific benefits that are ELS exclusives.

No one at the company has a temper. There are no yellers and seem pretty calm and collected. I dont feel like I am in a pressure cooker

My physical time at work is limited to 8 hours, but I work more hours as a function of phone calls and emails. If those are added in, its closer to 50 hours. Culture is not cut throat, pace is reasonable, co workers are not condescending or quick to point out your mistakes.

I think the higher you go in the organization the higher the quality in the team. I believe my co-workers (regional office) are also of good quality. I think there is still a lot of work to do regarding our line teams and property managers. I believe we are moving in the right direction.

I am not excited about going to work, but that is not because of work or our culture. Its a great job and I have no issues and am not looking for anything else. But I do lack a certain amount of pride that was present at my last job. Mostly due to quality of our product/parks.
