One of the better companies I have worked for in my career

The work environment and culture is very positive and motivating. Workload can be overwhelming at times and not having the option to work from home other than 1 day/week is a negative, but my overall experience so far has been great.

Challenging work but very fulfilling

Overall, I am satisfied but there are some major things I would like clarity on going forward such as how I fit into my team and a career path within the company.

My overall experience at ELS has been great. I took over a role where I was given the opportunity and autonomy to make it mine. My manager provides guidance when asked, but for the most part allows me to operate my team and division the best way I see fit.

Mental Health and Wellness Days

ELS includes 5 mental health days in our package now, on top of our sick time, vacation time, personal days, community service day, and birthday.

The PTO policy allows for more mental health days to de-stress.

If I was closer to market value for my roll

I personally feel the bonus is on the lower end from other jobs I've had. The compensation is 'fair' but for the amount of work with a small team, I feel should be a little higher.

I feel compensation should be better and healthcare benefits should be improved.

I would like a clearer understanding of my role within my team and a path forward.
