On boarding was a bit overwhelming. There wasn't much time to settle in. I'm still learning Workday and how to use PTO. But overall everyone I've met has been wonderful and helpful. I have projects that are in my comfort zone and I feel challenged.

I think overall ELS is an interesting place to work because there is always something to learn and/or figure out, which makes things interesting. I think, as of late, the culture has been more collaborative. However, good employees are overworked and benefits are awful.

There are highs and lows, I happen to be riding the lows right now.

Been with the company 23 years, it has been a blessing in my life.

Management Teams are too controlling

The awareness of what their teams are going through, stress levels, and what is on our plates.

They are personable people that seem to try to want to understand what is going on with the company and want to understand issues.

That they take time to listen to me.

They listen to your feedback and your concerns

Friendly to work with and offer help when it is needed for certain aspects of work.

I think the time off is great and the life insurance is more than I have ever received at a company.

I'd like to say the bonus at the end of year, but not sure the conditions to make sure I get it.

I definitely work more than others in my group and throughout the company. I have provided a lot of process improvements for my department and I feel like I get dumped on and not acknowledged by my team and other departments. I think recognition and work/life balance would help remedy that situation

Our Health Insurance is very Expensive.

We are able to take breaks to laugh when things are getting stressful. We collaborate well and are always willing to share our knowledge.

My team is very collaborative and genuinely wants to get to know more about each other, the department, and ELS. We all try to do the best at our jobs.

Feeling like I'm needed; Sometimes it IS the extremely fast pace; finding my "groove"

I enjoy the hybrid schedule and the employee perks such as the snacks, recess getaways, scavenger hunts, etc.

Thursday Recess every month or so. Also, last day of close.

Work/Life Balance needs to be improved. I often feel like I have to work outside of my hours and do projects that my other coworkers can help with. Also, the benefits at this company are atrocious. I feel like they don't value their employees because of this.
