For the most part, it is a good experience. Sometimes management does not want to step in and correct those who continually make the same mistakes.

My overall experience at Datacomp/ELS has been extremely positive, offering a challenging and always interesting position while having the opportunity to represent a very successful company and working with successful, hard working and caring Team! I am very appreciative to work for ELS!

I have been working for Datacomp since since 1995. I used to do inspections. I quit when my girls finished high school. I came back to work in the office five years ago. I've had a chance to learn new things regarding how websites work and the opportunity to travel for work. Lately, there is no communication from upper management and it doesn't feel like we all work for the same company. It's fairly divided and feels closed. No relationship with ELS

Overall it is positive. I really feel like I was trained well and if I have questions I know I can ask them. Constant feedback on how to approve from multiple leaders and co-workers make me feel like I can always be improving.

Communication as a whole. Regarding MHVillage, we do not know about new hires or when employees leave the company, which does affect workflow. Regarding ELS, we don't hear from them regarding a new employee under the company.

Vacation time and the extra paid time off.

Pay for my role in the company is fair.

ELS offers an overall wonderful compensation package, with the best part being the salary combined with opportunities for time off including personal time off, vacation days, Mental Health and Wellbeing days, your Birthday, and time off when needed for sick days.

I am paid less than my counterpoint whom I helped train in their position. I have also taken on a Building Services role in which I hire vendors and manage the building and am not given additional compensation.

Some of the best things about our team is their sincere caring about their co workers and their team approach to helping when help is needed!

We work very well as a team. We are not afraid to admit mistakes and we work together to correct them.

I work very well with my fellow Rep, and my manager and VP are understanding of life schedules.

In the past, we had bi-monthly potlucks and fun contests. After the acquisition we no longer have any company communication.

Working from home, I can focus on my work and don't get distracted by my co-workers making calls or talking etc.

I greatly enjoy my position and all aspects of what I do on a daily basis for Datacomp, and am very grateful for my co-workers and for the opportunity to work every day with such successful, hard working and caring people!

Even though we work from home, our interoffice communication is quite active. I also love to hear from a satisfied customer.
