The care that they have for their employees.

Really communicative and flexible with life! They care about you as a person and your work and really try to be flexible for you and make your life easier.

They are nice & welcome feedback.

The attention paid to input from employees. It' a very positive environment and I feel valued.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Taking action on their employees concerns. They brush off all concerns and complaints and don't actually ever take any action on them. We have all been speaking up in reviews and to HR, and we are brushed off or totally ignored, and sometimes don't even receive responses.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

We have fantastic health insurance coverage, and it is covered 100% by the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do believe we should be given more sick hours, and my current wage is less than I was hoping for considering the prestige of this company and my own experience.

They're notorious for giving annual raises that are around 2%, sometimes 25 cents. They can do better at a billion dollar company and provide cost of living raises annually at 4%, in addition to performance based increases. Employees who have been here longer are sometimes making far less than new.

It is a very high impact intense job and requires alot of detail and great communication and knowledge. Compensation should be a bit higher due to the juggling of different things at once.

Almost every sector here is underpaid compared to the industry standard. Corporate uses the good medical benefits to underpay and overwork us. Titles are even kept "dumbed down" so they can pay less for what employees duties actually entail. Again, ignoring our concerns also hurts.

Currently making the low end of the pay range for the position, even after a good review, years of experience & specialized workload. New hires make the same, the pay should match experience and workload and value to the department as noted in reviews.

Everyone is always willing to help each other, regardless of the situation.

Everybody is truly amazing and friendly! always have an open door policy and just want the best for you.

We are all transparent with each other and collaborate daily, helping with questions and research. I can always go to my team for help if I need it.

The collaboration is great. All my colleagues dive right in to help each other, and get issues resolved as efficiently as possible. They are all here because they support the company's goals and mission.

Most employees are genuinely nice.

the open door policy everybody has and how friendly everybody is! They want you to succeed regardless.

The medical benefits, the beautiful campus. They portray a much more close knit culture than actually happens behind closed doors.

Everyone wants to do good for the world and each other.

What makes you most happy at work?

Outlook Reviews

I appreciate having my own little nook (desk) but it is still open-concept enough that I can stand up and ask a colleague a question, or easily access my leads/managers. Our atrium is gorgeous to take breaks in.
