My interviews were all remote, however there were several rounds of interviews over a couple of weeks. I appreciated the flexibility in not requiring travel to be interviewed for the position.

I like how thorough they were. the interview process is very extensive but now I see that it is designed that way to ensure that the candidate matches the culture.
I was at the Esri facility for 10 hours and met more than 20 people. In the end I had enough firsthand knowledge to make an informed decision that I wanted to work for Esri.

The honesty about what you would be working on.
Review from IT Dept
They really look at the holistic picture of what you as a candidate bring to the table and don't dismiss you if you don't know everything.
Review from Sales Dept
I liked the people who I interacted with the most throughout my interview process. No one took themselves too seriously, and it was more about what I COULD be rather than what I was currently.
Review from Customer Support Dept
I like that I was interviewed by multiple team members. This made me feel like the teams view and experience was just as important as the hiring manager. It also provides space for the candidate to meet people that they would potentially be working with.
