Doing the right thing is celebrated

we truly are one team and treat one another with respect

Review from Business Development Dept

Cross cultural teams , people with different profiles work towards common goal.

People trust each other and everyone is responsible. Cool mix of cultures.

The inclusiveness and the respect for everyone

Change can be challenging, but driven from any level of the company. If you see something that you want to fix, or promote, you can do so regardless of where you are in your career.

I like maps and environmental projects, and the company does care about that too

The natural state of the campus. So many trees and pathways.

We have the resources (desktop, monitors, laptop) and the desk space needed. It is generally quiet (for an open plan remote R&D office). I prefer to work in the office, but the flexibility to adjust hours and work from home occasionally works well for me. Others enjoy the hybrid (2 days wfh per week

Environmentally and socially conscious employees and projects.

We all share the same interests. It is also nice to meet people with different backgrounds, but find a connection through conversation

Company is not about the final dollar or pleasing stakeholders, but we want to satisfy our customers, be a leader in making the world a better, cleaner and safer place.

I think we mean what we say when we say we want to help our customers improve our world. Being part of that mission gives me a lot of job satisfaction.

Setting time aside to talk over lunch. It allows for the office to not just be a zone of heads-down work.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Clearer individual visions to help achieve the overall vision. A lot of work is open ended, self motivated, and created. That work is barely tracked or compensated adequately.

Management is disconnected from reality. We receive no cost of living increases and our merit increases don't even keep up with inflation. New hires are making more than employees of over 15+ years experience. When complaints are made HR and Management fight over whose responsibility it is.
