What makes you most happy at work?
From the beginning of my Esri career, helping people has been the area I find the most joy in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The intentional approach to creating a work environment that feels calm. Esri has done a breath-taking job at bringing the outside in and making workday's feel light.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe that the benefits of my compensation package have been a true blessing. Me and my family are thankful for the healthcare we now have access to. Also, Esri's gym access has been a game-changer in my life.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I genuinely feel like they not only care about me as an employee, but as an individual too. They have taken time to meet with me and help me grow as a person. Additionally, they have provided intentional opportunities for connection with the other managers in my department, making me feel connected.
