I love the open and supportive culture we have fostered on the team. It helps that our team is so strong in communication and that reflects the work we deliver to our customers to meet their mission.

What did you like most about the interview process?
My interviews were all remote, however there were several rounds of interviews over a couple of weeks. I appreciated the flexibility in not requiring travel to be interviewed for the position.

They really look at the holistic picture of what you as a candidate bring to the table and don't dismiss you if you don't know everything.

What makes you most happy at work?
When I get to talk to customers about how we are going to make them successful with GIS and be there every step of the way and not sold and gone. Our customers is what drives us everyday. My mantra is if you put yourself in your customers shoes then there is no room for error.
