Love the 100% benefits coverage and that I don't pay anything out of pocket for my healthcare. The 401K with 3% match and profit sharing is also great for my investments. I love the flexibility I have in my work hours. For example, I can work longer hours one day and take off earlier the next.

I don't feel recognized for my growth and contributions, compensation is always on the low side, benefits are not great

I feel like I need to work extra hours to make the salary that I believe would be fair. I feel like I spend more in gas, commuting expenses, time etc. than those who are approved to work full-time from home in the same role.

The culture is very focused on the community and the world, and treating each other with kindness and respect. We also respect boundaries and employees' personal time, as well as time zones.
