What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership Reviews

Conservative, thoughtful approach to the strategy of the company. A colleague of mine even received a random phone call from the CEO to thank him for the good work he is doing after a good review from a customer was sent.

There is a great level of trust between leadership and myself. They are always open to answering my questions

Health insurance, profit share, paid for hours worked

Esri pays for my healthcare as well as my domestic partner's

paying part of my health insurance cost (I still have to pay taxes for it)

All aspects of the compensation package
