Conservative, thoughtful approach to the strategy of the company. A colleague of mine even received a random phone call from the CEO to thank him for the good work he is doing after a good review from a customer was sent.
There is a great level of trust between leadership and myself. They are always open to answering my questions
They consider everyone a person, not just a company's resource
They trust and power their staff

Health insurance, profit share, paid for hours worked
Esri pays for my healthcare as well as my domestic partner's
paying part of my health insurance cost (I still have to pay taxes for it)

What makes you most happy at work?
I work from home and am 99.999% autonomous in my work. If I need help - I can reach out to my responsive manager who is always on the ready to provide me help.

I do not dread Sundays like I used to previously before Esri. I enjoy interacting with clients and colleagues.
