Everyone is very knowledgeable and really great at what they do. We all treat each other with respect and we value each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are understanding, empathetic, and knowledgeable. They focus on employees as people and as invaluable assets to the company. I feel welcome here at esri and confident in my leadership team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the the compensation package is that I am paid for my knowledge and experience, and the healthcare premiums are 100% covered by esri. This is a huge benefit to my family and I.
