I've had a chance to learn new things regarding how websites work and the opportunity to travel for work. Lately, there is no communication from upper management and it doesn't feel like we all work for the same company. It's fairly divided and feels closed. No relationship with ELS
What makes you most happy at work?
That I'm able to work from home.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work very well with my fellow Rep, and my manager and VP are understanding of life schedules.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In the past, we had bi-monthly potlucks and fun contests. After the acquisition we no longer have any company communication.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication as a whole. Regarding MHVillage, we do not know about new hires or when employees leave the company, which does affect workflow. Regarding ELS, we don't hear from them regarding a new employee under the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid less than my counterpoint whom I helped train in their position. I have also taken on a Building Services role in which I hire vendors and manage the building and am not given additional compensation.
